I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for all of your patience and expertise in helping me with my recent purchase. After a several year hiatus I decided it was time to get back on skis and get my daughter started as well. After spending some time in different shops around the city I stopped into Dinardo’s. I am so glad I did. You and your staff took the time to explain the new technologies and  help match what would be best for my needs. The combination of Tigershark 10ft and Demon 110 boots with custom insoles is amazing. It feels like I never stopped skiing. Frank, you are clearly a master boot fitter and I would not recommend anyone else in the city for those serious about their skiing or wanting to ensure they get a proper fit. You took an equal amount of time to ensure my daughter was also properly outfitted. I’ve told countless people so far about the experience in your shop and for those putting a high value on product knowledge and customer service yours is the only shop in the Ottawa area to invest their time in visiting. Thanks again and I will see you all soon when I come in to outfit my two other kids to get them skiing next season as well.

I walked out of Dinardo's shop on on Monday 11 February with a new pair of Volkl V Werks skis that I skied at Mont Tremblant today, 14 February. I can say unequivocally that they were the best tuned pair of skis that I have ever walked out of a shop with in many years of skiing. Thanks for the great Tune!
